Jane is a photographer, media artist, independent consultant and teacher for the professional photography industry. With over 25 years of experience, 19 of them in digital imaging and evolving technologies, the techniques Jane developed for facial retouching and enhancement and portrait painting are widely emulated by photographers and digital artists worldwide through her classes and educational products. She participated in Canon's Explorers of Light PrintMater program, is an Adobe Photoshop expert, a Corel Painter Master and a Craftsman Photographer of the Professional Photographers of America. In addition, she is past co-chair for the Digital and Advanced Imaging Committee for the Professional Photographers of America. 

Jane's projects have spanned across a large segment of the studio photography market -- freelance art, photography, lab systems, digital imaging, internet, teaching, Photoshop and Painter, fine arts, writing for industry publications and developing/educating on marketing/selling images with new technologies. She worked with the Dicomed team in creating the first ever retouching station for bulk portrait retouching and presented the first industry program on "Electronic Retouching for the Portrait Wedding Industry". She consulted with Burrell Professional Labs to open their Rainbow Digital Imaging Center, the first major imaging center providing service to the corporations ten national labs.

Considered to be one of the most versatile experts in the industry, her lectures and classes are popular features at conventions and schools internationally, including most of the USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, England, Wales, UAE, South Africa, Italy, New Zealand, the Bahamas, UK -- and upcoming events in Malta, Cyprus, Ireland, Norway, Germany, Russia and Egypt. Her engaging style, impressive knowledge of her field and her easy and entertaining way of presenting material make her one of the most significant educators in the industry today.
