Creative Cloud Photography Option Open to All

Adobe opened the Photoshop Photography Program of the Creative Cloud to everyone this morning.  They announced an earlier version of this but you had to already own a previous version of Photoshop (CS3 or higher).  The cost is 9.99/month and Adobe has committed to this price for the future.  Check it out below.
